This policy covers two separate things: the information you deliberately send us through the appraisal request form, and the small amount of anonymous usage data this website measures. They are handled differently, so they are described separately.
When you submit an appraisal request, you provide details such as your name, the claim number, the vehicle or equipment involved, the date and type of loss, contact details, the loss location, and any photographs or documents you attach.
None of the information you type into the form is sent to our analytics tools. The measurement described below never receives your name, your address, your contact details, your claim number, the free-text description of the loss, or the names of files you attach. The website is built so those values cannot reach an analytics request, rather than relying on us remembering not to send them.
Automated spam submissions are excluded by construction, and those exclusions never involve collecting anything additional about you.
This site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, where they arrived from, and how often a visit leads to an appraisal request. We use it to judge whether the site is doing its job — not to identify you.
Google Analytics sets a first-party cookie (named _ga, and one further
cookie beginning _ga_) in your browser. Its purpose is to tell a returning visitor apart
from a new one so that visits are not double-counted. It does not contain your name or contact
details.

The measurement tags on this site are administered through Google Tag Manager, which is a tool for managing which measurement tags run — it does not itself collect anything about you.
The analytics account belongs to Corbett Claims. The company that builds and maintains this website is granted access to it, and to the tag manager, in order to keep the site working and to report on how it is performing. That access covers the anonymous usage data described here — it does not extend to the appraisal requests you submit, which are delivered directly to Corbett Claims.

This site shows no cookie banner. That is a deliberate decision for a business serving clients in the United States, not an oversight, and we would rather say so plainly than present a consent dialogue that does nothing.
We do not offer an on-site opt-out toggle, because we would rather not advertise a control we have not built. If you do not want to be measured, you have two effective options that do not depend on us: use your browser's setting to block or clear cookies for this site, or install Google's official Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics does not affect your ability to use this site or to submit an appraisal request.
A few third-party services are needed for the site to work: a map provider to show the service area, a font and script host, an address-lookup service used to suggest addresses as you type, a vehicle data lookup, and a bot-protection challenge from Cloudflare. These receive only what they need to answer the request — for example, the partial address you are typing goes to the address-lookup service in order to suggest completions. They are not used for advertising.
This site is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at children.
If we add or remove a measurement tool, this page is updated in the same change that makes the difference live, so that what it describes is always what is actually running.
